A day trip from Tokyo to Kamakura & Enoshima Island. This was the first real shoot I had done in a long time, all under a two and half hour time constraint. I had to just rely on muscle memory and re-learning the fundamentals as I went along. It's crazy to see how far my photography has come since then. That said, some of these images are still among my favorites, so I'm happy to share them here. In many ways, this was the shoot that made me want to keep getting better at photography. In editing, I wanted to evoke the sense of calm & nostalgia that I felt on the day, so my color harmony & post-production goals were chasing a soft, film-faded look. Full video photostory coming soon.
